~ John MaxwellRachel Dexheimer is the founder of EquiSpire™ Coaching and Consulting located in Maple Valley, Washington. Along with her herd of horses, she inspires people to discover their unique contribution and empowers them to live in full alignment with their deepest values and highest ideals.
Rachel spent more than18 years in Fortune 500 companies achieving “success.” From the outside, everything looked as she thought it “should” – wonderful marriage, highly compensated IT Director, beautiful farm, and nice vehicles. And yet, on the inside, she knew there was something different for her.
Rachel's longing was for contribution and community. The horses guided her to her purpose where she found joy and deep fulfillment.
For the past 30 years, Rachel has been building relationships with horses. As her understanding, respect, and trust of them as peers has deepened, their relationships have transformed. And, as her relationships with the horses deepen, so do all her human relationships.
Rachel continuously engages in her own personal growth, expanding her relationship with the horses, deepening her spiritual practice, and honing her coaching expertise.
As a Certified Professional Coach, Rachel trained in the Transformative Coaching Model at invite CHANGE and Antioch University, a rigorous, ICF Certified coach training program.
Not only is she a member of the International Coach Federation, the governing body for professional coaches, she has also met their stringent standards as an Associated Certified Coach (ACC).
Rachel is also a Certified Equine Guided Educator through Skyhorse Ranch, an extensive training program in how to partner with horses to "guide" and accelerate human learning.
Her Bachelors of Science Degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, provides instrumental knowledge of adult learning and development.
